Since 2009, SKDA has been designing and manufacturing high end visual enhancement products for motorcycles. Serving both local and international moto industries, our goal is to make motorcyclists look world class with the most innovative designs and apparel.

As a Marketing Manager at SKDA, you will be an essential conduit for overseeing our brand. Liaising between SKDA, our suppliers, riders, sponsors, content creators and customers, you will brief the internal and external team, manage workflow to ensure deadlines are met, and maintain quality throughout the brand.

This is a consultative role for someone who understands the multiple aspects of marketing and can delegate accordingly. Communication skills are of a high importance, to build and maintain strong relationships throughout all of SKDA’s collaborators.

**Main Tasks included**:

- Communication & Co-ordinating task and projects between current marketing contractors, including;
A) Digital Ads Mgmt Team
B) Visual Comms Team
C) Sponsored riders & race teams (Ambassadors)
D) Web Developers
E) Athlete Mgmt
- Mgmt of sponsorship contracts & agreements
- Close monitoring, assessment, & reporting of ecommerce/website data (Sales, Traffic, Ad Performance, etc)
- Work towards building our own in house marketing team to manage all digital ads in house.
- Social Media Posting/Scheduling/Performance Assessment
- Basic Level Videography/Content Capturing for use on social media
- Work with Web Developers
- Assessment/Planning for Website Optimizations (including A/B Testing)
- Assistance with Asset Creation
- Overall management of digital/marketing softwares and platforms including:
A) Youtube/TikTok
B) Google Suite (Analytics, Tag Mgr, Ads Mgr)
C) Meta Suite (IG, FB, Ads Mgr)
D) Reviews Systems (Trustpilot, FB, Google Etc)
E) Lucky Org / Hotjar
F) Klaviyo/MailChimp

**Skills (Considered essential to be successful in the role)**:

- E-commerce marketing experience
- Excellent communication and telephone skills
- Self motivated and an ability to work in a team environment or autonomously
- Must display high attention to detail
- Great negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to work under company branding and guidelines
- Problem solving, planning and organisational skills
- Work to a deadline
- High project management and organisational skills
- 3+ years experience in marketing

**Desirable skills & experiences (Considered desirable but not essential to be successful in the role)**:

- Ability to interpret Google Analytics
- Creation and maintenance of ads within Ads Manager
- Copywriting
- Photography
- Video editing
- Experience using adobe suite
- Creating and working with an EDM flow
- Experience using Klayivo
