About the role

We are looking for an energetic and motivated person to help join and grow our sales and leasing team. This role is strongly focused on sourcing new sales and leasing opportunities.

You'll be responsible for building new and managing existing client relationships and handling the sale and leasing campaigns for clients assets.

Job tasks and responsibilities

  • Actively generate leads and new clients
  • Build & maintain strong relationships
  • Build, manage and maintain databases
  • Inspections of properties for sale or lease
  • Strong negotiation with prospective tenants or purchasers
  • End to end management of marketing campaigns for properties
  • Reporting at weekly Sales & Leasing meetings
  • Meet and exceed sales KPI's
  • Preparation of required paperwork (Agency's, Contracts, Disclosure Statements, Agreement to Lease etc)

Skills and experience

  • At least 2-3 years' experience is preferred, but not essential
  • Proven negotiation skills
  • Understanding of relevant legislation & market trends
  • Excellent presentation & communication skills
  • Ability to manage time well
  • Real Estate Sales Representative Licence
  • Strong sense of customer service

Remuneration is negotiable, subject to relevant experience.
