We're looking for a bold, creative mind with a sharp eye for design and an obsession with detail to join our marketing team as a Creative and Design Lead

This role is made for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, knows how to turn a creative vision into scroll-stopping content, and can bring a polished brand story to life through digital and print design. You'll play a key role in shaping how our properties, agents, and campaigns come to life across every touchpoint — from high-end listings and social media to signage, print, and launch materials.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creative Direction: Lead and manage the end-to-end creative process for property launches, agent campaigns, and brand projects — from concept to execution.
  • Brand Identity: Ensure all visual materials consistently reflect the brand's tone, style, and positioning across both digital and print media.
  • Campaign Design: Bring bold, trend-driven concepts to life for tiered campaigns, launches, and promotions, balancing creative flair with commercial results.
  • Content Creation: Capture authentic, engaging, and on-brand content
  • Design & Production: Create striking layouts and visuals using Canva, CapCut, and Adobe Creative Suite, ensuring print-ready artwork for flyers, booklets, signage, posters, and marketing collateral.
  • Social & Digital: Stay ahead of creative trends and social movements to keep our content fresh, relevant, and performance-driven.
  • Collaboration: Partner closely with the wider marketing, creative, and sales teams to bring campaigns to life with consistency and impact.
  • Project Management: Oversee creative timelines, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to brief in a dynamic, high-volume environment.

About You

  • A natural creative with a strong visual eye — detail-oriented, on-trend, and able to spot what makes a design "click."
  • Passionate about branding and storytelling, particularly within lifestyle, property, or design-led industries.
  • Able to balance creative ambition with commercial outcomes, understanding what performs and why.
  • Highly collaborative, communicative, and open to feedback — you enjoy working cross-functionally and contributing to a team environment.
  • Organised, adaptable, and thrives under deadlines in a fast-paced, high-energy workplace.

Role Requirements

  • Proven experience in creative direction, content creation, and design (experience in real estate or lifestyle brands is a bonus).
  • A portfolio showcasing your styling, campaign, and visual storytelling skills.
  • Strong understanding of social-first creative — what engages audiences and what drives performance.
  • Proficiency in design software (Canva, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, CapCut, etc.).
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills.
