We are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join our Property Management team based at our Kent Town office.

THE ROLE YOU COULD PLAY _**

This is a role that you can really bring your best self to and combine your passion for property with your client service skills along with a desire to be the best version of you With on-the-road support from a team of Leasing Partners and internal administration support, your responsibilities become more client focussed and you can focus on what really matters - adding value to the client experience.

There are so many exciting things happening at Harris. Within our fast-paced and innovative environment, on any given day as a full-time Property Manager, you will be
- Liaising with Landlords and Tenants
- Interpreting legislation to add value to the client
- Advertising property
- Providing professional guidance to the landlord regarding the current rental market
- Utilising our integrated technology platforms to efficiently run your portfolio
- Training and mentoring Property Managers and Leasing Partners
- Participating in the creation and maintenance of Harris Best Practice

WHAT YOU WILL BRING _**
There are a few things that you will need to demonstrate to be set up for success in this role. We are a rapidly growing business with a big vision, so we need highly adaptable and entrepreneurial team players. We would love to meet you if you have:

- A current Property Management Registration licence
- A minimum of 3 years experience as a Property Manager
- A passion for Property Management and outstanding client service
- A strong focus on the utilisation of technology and systems to operate in an efficient manner
- The desire to work as a part of a collaborative team
- Personal and professional values that align with ours
