**_ THE ROLE YOU COULD PLAY _**

Based initially in our Kent Town office, this role will transition with our expansion further into the North/ North-eastern suburbs of Adelaide. This newly formed role and portfolio will be a vital part of the growth and success of our new Northern Office.

With internal administration support and access to industry-leading systems, this exciting opportunity will allow you to be the best version of yourself and combine your passion for property with your client service skills. This proactive approach to Property Management allows our Property Managers to be more client-focused, concentrating on what matters - adding value to the client experience.

There are so many exciting things happening at Harris. Within our fast-paced and innovative environment, on any given day as a full-time Property Manager, you will:

- Liaising with Landlords and Tenants
- Interpreting legislation to add value to the client
- Advertising property
- Providing professional guidance to the landlord regarding the current rental market
- Utilising our integrated technology platforms to run your portfolio efficiently
- Participating in the creation and maintenance of Harris Best Practice

**_ WHAT YOU WILL BRING _**
You will need to demonstrate a few things to be set up for success in this role. We are a rapidly growing business with a big vision, so we need highly adaptable and entrepreneurial team players. We would love to meet you if you have:

- A current Property Management Registration licence
- A minimum of 2-3 years experience as a Property Manager
- A passion for Property Management and outstanding client service
- A strong focus on the utilisation of technology and systems to operate in an efficient manner
- The desire to work as a part of a collaborative team
- Personal and professional values that align with ours
