Working across the Front Office department.

Our focus is giving a great guest experience. Serve them promptly and provide an excellent first and last impression for everyone who enters our building.

Your task will vary between traditional front office tasks (processing reservations, checking people in/out, cash handling and balancing, dealing with telephone enquiries etc). However you will also find yourself making coffee's, assisting guests with questions about TV and AC controls, room service & assisting with functions/events when needed. A role with plenty of variety.

You will need;
- Great customer service and communication
- RSA
- Availability across a 7 day roster (WEEKEND, EVENINGS & PUBLIC HOLIDAY AVAILABITY IS A MUST)
- Maintain the hotel property management system, documentation and equipment efficiently
- Maintain great working relationship with colleagues
- Ensure privacy of information of our guests and belongings
- Work well in a team and on your own
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures

Skills and Experience
- Great customer service skills and a positive outlook even under stress are paramount
- Previous customer service experience (in a bar or front office environment)
- Experience with Opera is beneficial
- **RSA qualified**
- **Own transport is essential**
