**About the Role**:
As our Regional Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our Victorian operations, overseeing 10 current sites and facilitating growth into more areas. You will promote and manage our diverse services to seniors within our wellness centres and in the community. These include allied health services for residential aged care, our unique award-winning rehabilitation program from our co-located wellness centres, private services and homecare. Occasional interstate travel will also be required.
You'll be responsible for:

- Leading and developing a high-performing team of allied health professionals.
- Driving service growth by identifying and implementing new service lines and expanding existing offerings.
- Achieving operational and financial targets, including managing a P&L.
- Building strong stakeholder relationships with B2B partners and internal teams.
- Ensuring the delivery of high-quality clinical services and operational processes.
- Translating strategic goals into actionable plans for your region.

**What You'll Bring**:
**Essential**:

- Clinical experience as a therapist: we want you to relate to the team and you know what great quality looks like.
- Excellent leadership skills: You inspire and guide teams by example, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Demonstrated success in growing services and expanding teams: You have a growth mindset and thrive on positively impacting more lives.
- Experience in implementing new service lines.
- A strong track record of working towards and achieving operational and financial targets.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, both with B2B partners and internal teams.
- A resilient and confident leadership style.
- Financial literacy with experience managing a P&L.
- A current driver's licence and willingness to travel across all Victorian sites.
- Residency in Victoria with a strong understanding of the region.
- Driven by impact and committed to quality service delivery.
- At least 3 years of leadership experience.

**Preferable**:

- Understanding of the aged care sector.
- Experience in allied health services, particularly in private practice, NDIS, or aged care settings.
- Someone who has operated in dynamic environments in the health (aged or disability sector, private practice), doesn't mind a challenge and loves to solve problems.
- Interested and attracted to a growing company.
- At least 5 years of leadership experience is highly regarded.
