**About the role**:
**Where you’ll be working**:
This role is based in the K2 Postnatal Ward at John Hunter Hospital, where you’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team of midwives, doctors, and allied health professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional care. This is a part-time position, working three days a week, on Monday and Tuesday, Friday
**About you**:
We are seeking a strong team player with excellent customer service skills and attention to detail. You thrive in a busy environment, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of patient information for women accessing postnatal services. Your ability to prioritise tasks, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain confidentiality will be key to your success in this role.
**Key responsibilities Include**:
- Delivering high-quality customer service as the first point of contact for patients and staff.
- Maintaining accurate patient records and updating clinical information systems.
- Coordinating patient admissions, discharges, and transfers.
- Managing meeting preparations and general administrative tasks.
- Ensuring compliance with privacy, confidentiality, and workplace safety policies.
