We're looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Ward Clerk to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) - a fast-paced, supportive environment where no two days are the same.
About the Role
As the Ward Clerk, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the ICU by providing exceptional administrative and clerical support to staff, patients, and their families.
You will:
- Deliver safe, consistent, and effective administrative support within the ICU
- Maintain accurate systems and records to support patient care and clinical efficiency
- Provide friendly and professional customer service to families, carers, and patients
- Support nursing and medical teams with day-to-day ward operations
- Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, patients, and visitors in a high-volume environment
