As **CRM Manager, **you will turn data into action, driving engagement, retention, and revenue with cutting-edge CRM strategies, based at our centrally located office in **North Sydney.**

**What you'll do**:

- Lead CRM strategy rollout, enhancing personalised consumer journeys across all markets
- Drive continuous improvements through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and data-driven insights
- Collaborate across teams to execute aligned, impactful CRM marketing programs
- Lead CRM initiatives, ensuring seamless execution and enhanced customer experiences

**We'd feel ELECTRIC if you have**:

- 5+ years’ experience in a similar B2C CRM marketing role
- Data analysis and consumer insights experience - audience segmentation,
- Proficient in CDP/CRM platforms (Insider, Klaviyo)
- Experience in SaaS E-commerce environment (Shopify, Big Commerce)
- Experience working for an omnichannel beauty, FMCG, retail or lifestyle brand preferable
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to effectively incorporate feedback from various sources
