**CRM Manager**

We are looking for a CRM Manager to join a fast-growing fashion retailer at their 5 star Sydney office. This role will be key in shaping and executing customer lifecycle strategies, driving engagement, loyalty, and revenue growth through a personalised omnichannel approach.

Reporting to the Head of Digital, you will take ownership of CRM initiatives end-to-end - from strategy and execution to optimisation and reporting - while working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful, data-driven campaigns.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and optimise the CRM platform (Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar)
- Build customer segmentation, targeting, and persona frameworks
- Analyse customer behaviour and translate insights into lifecycle marketing initiatives
- Implement test-and-learn approaches including A/B and multivariate testing
- Oversee automated campaigns, ensuring ROI, optimisation, and accurate reporting
- Collaborate across teams to align CRM activity with broader marketing and business goals
- Support loyalty program design and rollout

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Marketing/Communications or 5+ years’ CRM management experience
- Skilled in setting up CRM and lifecycle programs from scratch
- Strong analytics, segmentation, and data-driven decision-making skills
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or similar CDP) and Google Analytics desirable
- Knowledge of customer journey mapping, loyalty programs, and campaign optimisation
- Collaborative leader with the ability to train and support others
