**Your new role**
To develop the CRM strategies and business intelligence from customer data sources to drive sales and direct marketing strategy to use all existing data, analysis models, marketing, and brand insights to provide insights aimed at improving the database marketing initiatives and interactions.
- Defining the Loyalty Strategy for the company with a customer lifecycle approach. (Prospect care and customer care)
- Qualified lead generation.
- Customer lifecycle communication.
- Customer referral campaigns and customer retention campaigns.
- Define Direct Marketing Strategy and CRM campaign management.
- Sales funnel steering and KPI monitoring.
- Customer analytics including customer profiling and data enrichment.
- Support and guidance on CRM processes, planning and executing of loyalty activities and campaign management and CRM system.
- Defining and implementing a customer communication strategy with a customer lifecycle approach.
- Increased focus on Loyalty and Retention.
- Develop an ideal Customer Contact Map including Dealer communication to align and optimise both written and verbal customer contact.
- Develop and oversee the CRM strategy for the brands, generate qualified and promotional leads.
- Develop customer profiles to facilitate targeted and effective campaigns, ensuring the CRM database can facilitate the execution and measurement of acquisition and retention activities.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Minimum of 5 years of Direct Marketing or CRM experience or agency and client function.
- Experience in Direct Marketing campaigns, management execution and analysis.
- Experience in Database Marketing and Analytics.
- Analytical and Reporting skills.
- Understanding IT Systems and experience on MS Dynamics Platform.
- Thorough understanding of Marketing campaigns.
- Negotiating and presenting skills.
- The ability to work under pressure.
