**About the Role**:As Centre Director, you will be responsible for the overall management of our early childhood centre, ensuring high-quality care and education for all children, supporting a team of educators, and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a leadership role within a supportive and well-resourced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide strong leadership and support to staff and educators
- Maintain a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, policies, and procedures
- Foster strong relationships with families and the community
- Manage the daily operations of the centre, including staffing, enrolments, and budgets

**What We’re Looking For**:

- ECT qualified
- Previous experience in a leadership or management role within an early childhood setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
- Current Working With Children Check and First Aid certifications
