LEAD Childcare Mango Hill has an exciting new opportunity for a Practice Leader who is passionate about committing long term to a motivated and dedicated team of Early Childhood Professionals. You will have proven experience as a Senior Educator with a sound knowledge of the Early Childhood Education and Care Sector. You will have the opportunity to demonstrate your knowledge and understanding within the Service supporting our team. You will be present on the floor within the Education Space to compliment our Educational Leader in supporting and mentoring the team as they grow and learn.

We are searching for a professional who is passionate about learning and evolving as a Early Childhood Educator, who has drive and confidence in providing outstanding learning opportunities for our Children. You will be professional, driven, adaptable and have the ability to form positive and respectful relationships with the team.

What you will need to SUCCEED
- Hold or be willing to study towards a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and care and or relevant qualifications
- Current First Aid certificate (HLTAID012)
- Current CPR certificate (HLTAID009)
- Current Asthma and Anaphylaxis Management Training certificate
- Current Working with Children check (or Blue Card), as required under the legislation
- Current Child Protection Certificate
- Relevant Food and Fire Safety Certificates

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $27.94 - $35.20 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 37.5 per week
