**About the service**

The 40-place service is centrally located, close to public transport, and provides a parking spot for the leader. Its unwavering dedication to delivering top-tier early childhood education and care has established it as the preferred choice for families within the local community.

**About the role**

You will oversee the daily operations, including but not limited to:

- Guiding and mentoring a small-medium team of Educators
- Supporting and upholding the Centres policies, procedures, philosophy and regulations,
- Attend to administration tasks
- Develop collaborative partnerships with families (almost all are Mandarin speaking)
- Develop meaningful relationships with the wider local community
- Ensure the highest quality of education and care is transferred throughout.

**The non-negotiables**
- Diploma in Child Services (or higher)
- Minimum of 2 years continuous experience in a senior leadership role in a long daycare setting (not negotiable)
- Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework
- Inherently responsible and dedicated to providing a safe and positive environment for children and staff
- Willingness to continue professional development and contribute to ongoing learning
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and build positive relationships with families and the wider community
- Strong organisational and time management skills

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
