About the Educational Leader
- You will act as a mentor to our staff to actively support every child to participate in the program and ensure the program promotes children’s agency, choice and influence
- Ability to articulate the pedagogical ideas, philosophies and approaches that guide in everyday practice.
- You embrace the holistic way children learn and have the skills to develop shared understands of how spaces, materials and equipment enhance children’s learning.

About the Family Support Leader
- You will be part of the Centre Leadership Team, working directly with the Centre Manager
- It will be your responsibility to communicate directly with families regarding their account, updating and maintain children’s documentation and records, facilitate walk throughs with new families, ensure all outstanding fees are collected and processed by due dates and this is just the tip of the iceberg

- You will support a team of passionate Educators to implement programs, policies and procedures.
- Create long lasting connections with our families and staff as well as the wider community.

What you will need to SUCCEED
- Hold or be willing to study towards a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and care and or relevant qualifications
- Current First Aid certificate (HLTAID012)
- Current CPR certificate (HLTAID009)
- Current Asthma and Anaphylaxis Management Training certificate
- Current Working with Children check (or Blue Card), as required under the legislation
- Current Child Protection Certificate
- Relevant Food and Fire Safety Certificates

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $27.94 - $35.20 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 37.5 per week
