**The Opportunities.**

We are currently working with multiple agencies who are seeking Associate Agent's to support their lead agents in listing and selling properties. Some of the duties will include:

- Buyer management
- Prospecting and nurturing of new leads and opportunities
- Assisting with open homes and private inspections
- Preparation for appraisals and listing presentations.

**About You.**

To be successful as an Sales Associate you will possess the following:

- A demonstrated ability to build effective relationships, resulting in loyal clients within the real estate or similar industry or sales role
- A willingness to go above & beyond for your clients with a genuine drive & passion for helping people
- Proven negotiation & sales skills
- A keen interest in personal development and willingness to learn & grow
- Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- Strong attention to detail & highly developed organisational skills
