SC People is proud to be partnering with a leading real estate brand, local to Newcastle. Our client are specialists in residential sales, project development sales, leasing and property management. Our client is looking to expand their Sales Team with a unique opportunity to support the business Director across the end to end sales process.

**The Opportunities.**

The role will include:

- Document control in line with agency branding processes
- Assisting with preparation for appraisals and listing presentations
- Nurture clients and any new leads and opportunities
- Ensure that sales administration is followed as required and prepare client reports

**About You.**

To be successful as a Sales Support Associate you will possess the following:

- A demonstrated ability to build effective relationships, resulting in loyal clients within the real estate industry
- A willingness to go above & beyond for your clients with a genuine drive & passion for helping people
- Proven negotiation & sales skills
- A keen interest in personal development and willingness to learn & grow
- Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
- Strong attention to detail & highly developed organisational skills
