**Position Overview**:
You will be responsible for the first interactions with potential Hometime customers. Working with our local property managers you will help to achieve company sales targets by properly qualifying warm inbound leads, handling any preliminary questions and setting the right expectations to ensure an excellent customer experience from the first touch point. In addition, you will also be responsible for achieving your own individual sales targets and will be rewarded with uncapped commissions.
**We are looking for someone based either in Gold Coast or Brisbane as this is a hybrid role and we would need you in the office 3-4 times a week.**
**The key responsibilities of this role will be to**:
- Respond quickly to inbound leads in your allocated markets resulting from marketing activities
- Build rapport and identify needs: You are the face of the business and will often be the first to respond to inbound leads
- Manage and nurture the lead pipeline using Hometime’s CRM system (Hubspot)
- Nurture current clients & build strong relationships for potential future business
- Provide earnings estimates (ROI) and appraisals for prospective clients
- Arrange and attend face-to-face meetings with clients
- Identify new sales opportunities by reaching out to local professionals (e.g. real estate agents and buyers agents) to create a mutually beneficial relationship where they start referring leads to you
- Monitor the client onboarding journey to ensure a smooth and streamline process is occurring and no major milestones will be missed
- Collaborate with our teams around APAC, learn a lot about the operational aspects of the business and convey this information to potential clients
**Preferred Qualifications and Characteristics**:
- Minimum 12 months of relevant real estate, phone sales or similar experience;
- Relevant real estate qualifications;
- Strong organisational, pipeline management and influencing skills;
- Genuine curiosity and an ability to ask effective questions and understand customer needs;
- Experience in a high growth, fast paced company is a plus.
