We don't want to be the everyday medical clinic, instead bringing relatability and friendliness mixed with a level of professionalism to simplifying the process for our patients.

We're currently looking for a superstar to join our Patient Support team as a Team Leader. Based in our Richmond office, you will be reporting directly to the Patient Support Manager and you'll be responsible for managing a team of 7-10 Patient Support Coordinators. You will be assisted by a second in command (2IC) to help support your team.

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities of the Team Leader position**:

- Manage the personal and professional development of your team members, and report on KPIs in tandem with the Head of Department.
- Identify areas of improvement for systems and processes within the Patient Support Team and wider organisation.
- Work closely with the Head of Department to ensure that all information is disseminated to your team members.
- Ensure all tasks and projects are actioned at the end of each day, and report outcomes to the relevant stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities of the Patient Support Team**:

- Provide accurate information and support to patients, ensuring a positive experience.
- Work closely with our clinical team to address and resolve patient issues.
- Advocate for patient needs and preferences, aligning with easykind's values.
- Contribute to team discussions on improving patient care strategies.
