**Position: Part-Time Receptionist & Patient Coordinator**

**Pay: $28.85 per hour - $34.21 per hour**

**Location: Richmond, Melbourne**

This role is a Part-Time position for 2 days in the clinic, inclusive of Receptionist, Front of House and Patient Coordination. On-site clinic days are Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays.

**Responsibilities include but not limited to**:

- Manage patient coordination, ensuring a seamless customer and patient journey
- Handle appointment bookings and rebookings
- Assist with prescription handling and patient aftercare
- Support Elucell’s leading Doctor and management operationally
- Create and coordinate social media content
- Manage customer relationships, including lead generation, calling new leads, converting new patients, and onboarding them
- Perform reception tasks hourly with the priority of patient coordination and lead management.
- Utilise basic social media skills
- Demonstrate excellent technical English, both oral and written
- Exhibit planning and coordination skills
- Provide top-notch customer service
- Possess excellent administrative skills, including proficiency in Google Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of Canva is essential.
- Provide retail and product recommendations.
- Build relationships and rapport with clients
- Preferred experience working in a Health Clinic, Skin Clinic, Spa, Hotel, High-end Restaurant, or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail, exceptional organisational skills, and the ability to work in dynamic environments, demonstrating proactiveness and self drivenness.
- Prioritise tasks effectively and communicate well
- Desirable: Experience in a Health, Medi Spa, Skin Clinic, or Beauty Salon
- Experience with Helix, Cliniko, Timely, Shopify, and WooCommerce, as well as familiarity with various booking systems and patient management programs, is advantageous though not mandatory.
