**About the role**
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for a wide range of roles across the business, including offer management and issuing contracts.
- Partnering closely with leaders from different departments within this industry influencer.
- Upholding compliance procedures in line with National Quality Standards of the sector.
- Facilitating the onboarding process, including regular care calls to ensure that new starters are provided with the tools and resources needed to succeed.
- Carefully craft job adverts and other forms of advertising through various channels to attract top talent.
- Actively source and find passive talent by using a variety of headhunting techniques.

**About You**
- Demonstrated experience in an agency or Talent Acquisition role, in a fast paced, corporate environment.
- Extensive experience with the whole life-cycle recruitment process.
- An understanding of the Early Childhood Education sector is preferred, but not essential.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
- Ability to partner effectively with business stakeholders.
- Excellent planning and time management skills.
