Main Purpose of the Role
Reporting to the Head of eCommerce, the Digital
Acquisition Manager will own and scale digital acquisition for
Vitaco's direct-to-consumer (DTC) stores across multiple brands and regions.
The mission is to drive profitable new-to-brand growth, strengthen customer
lifetime value, and accelerate payback horizons as Vitaco expands
internationally—with a key focus on the USA.You'll combine strategic leadership with hands-on execution
across performance marketing, analytics, and optimisation, ensuring Vitaco's
digital ecosystem continues to deliver exceptional growth and customer
experience.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
Strategy and Leadership
- Lead the development and
implementation of Vitaco's 3-year eCommerce acquisition strategy across ANZ,
USA, and the Middle East. - Translate business and
brand goals into actionable digital marketing plans focused on customer
acquisition and profitable growth. - Manage end-to-end
performance media, including Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok,
influencer, affiliate, GEO, and SEO programs. - Oversee budget
stewardship across multiple markets, ensuring responsible pacing,
forecasting, and ROI delivery.
Key Focus Areas
- Manage the digital
marketing calendar – campaigns, promotions, product drops, and
seasonal activations. - Deliver clear performance
analytics (ROAS, CAC/CPA, NTB, revenue, LTV, MER) with actionable
insights and recommendations. - Drive continuous
experimentation – testing creative, audiences, offers, and landing
pages using CRO and A/B testing tools. - Collaborate with
agencies and internal teams across Brand, eCommerce, Creative, Sales,
and Operations to deliver integrated campaigns. - Foster a test-and-learn
culture, ensuring optimisation of creative, bidding, and channel mix
to maximise efficiency and impact. - Stay ahead of digital
trends, leveraging new technologies and AI tools to strengthen
acquisition performance.

- Testing & Learning: You establish a
repeatable rhythm for testing creative, audiences, offers, and bidding
strategies. - Insightful Storytelling: You translate
performance data into insights that guide spend, creative, and site
experience. - Resilient Channel Mix: You manage a balanced,
scalable portfolio across paid social/search, influencer, affiliate, GEO,
and SEO channels. - Trusted Attribution
& Reporting:
You deliver clear, concise insights that leadership can understand at a
glance.

Skills and Expertise
- Platforms: GA4, GTM, Shopify,
Meta/TikTok/Google Ads, Looker Studio, Power BI, SA360 (nice to have) - CRM & Optimisation: Klaviyo/CRM, A/B
testing tools (nice to have), heatmaps/session replay (Clarity) - Performance Marketing: Deep knowledge of paid
media optimisation, attribution models, and growth metrics (ROAS, CAC,
LTV). - Analytical &
Technical Acumen:
Skilled in data interpretation, server-side tagging, and performance
analytics. - Creative & Strategic
Thinking:
Able to balance data-driven decision making with innovative campaign
ideation. - Collaboration: Excellent stakeholder
engagement and agency management across cross-functional teams.
Type of Experience and Formal Education that will Favour
Your Application
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business,
or a related discipline. - 4+ years' hands-on
experience
in performance marketing within a DTC eCommerce environment. - Proven ability to scale
spend while improving efficiency and customer quality. - Demonstrated capability
in managing multi-market campaigns, ideally with exposure to the US
market. - Strong understanding of SEO,
GEO, CRO, and attribution models. - Experience with Shopify,
Klaviyo, and advanced analytics tools such as GA4 and Power
BI. - Strong stakeholder
management and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams and
agencies.
