We are seeking an IBA Operations Co-Coordinator on Full Time basis based in Crestmead, Queensland who will be responsible for the construction, administration, communication/customer liaison, promotional activity builds and artwork for IBA liquor banners including Cellarbrations, The Bottle-O and Thirsty Camel in Queensland.

**What you’ll do**:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.

Manage the timely delivery and communication of retail programs through to the State Operations team and our retail members.
Engage with supplier partners to ensure timely submission of relevant information pertaining to the IBA programs including driving premium product submissions.

**What you’ll bring**:
Ability to work well in a team environment as well as autonomously with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills
Highly organized with the ability to prioritise and manage workloads to achieve deadlines
High level of attention to detail
Must be able to work in a fast pace and exciting environment.
Intermediate skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint programs.
