**The Role**:
This AR / Billings role can be 3-5 days a week depending on your personal commitments.

You will support both the finance team and the community services team, working closely with the clients. Tasks will include:

- Processing Bond and Rental receipts and Refunds
- Raising of all charges and preparation of payment files including following up on outstanding accounts
- Assisting clients with fee queries, annual rental changes, and payment arrangements
- Distribution of weekly reports such as Occupancy report, analysis report, and Rental/Bond account cash flow forecast
- Preparation and Reconciliation of monthly financial reports to the finance department
- Assisting in annual external audit review process/providing information to internal and external auditors as requested
- Assisting in the preparation of the aged care budgeting model

**Your Background**:
If you have any experience in NDIS that would be highly regarded but not essential.

Excellent communication skills are key as you will be the first point of contact for clients and their families with enquiries about their finances. An empathetic nature and great listening skills will be essential
