**Billings & Finance Officer - Law Firm - CBD**

Our client is a well-established Australian law firm with a fantastic reputation. Our client has fostered a positive, collaborative culture in their offices, encouraging good relations across all areas of the business whilst still being high-performing.

**The Role**

Reporting to a talented and supportive manager, this Billings & Finance Officer position will be an integral part of the business’ general operations. Your responsibilities will include consist of Billing, AR & AP duties:

- Raising invoices
- Actioning special billing requests
- Monthly WIP review
- Processing credit card payments
- Allocation of received funds
- Accounts payable (low volume)
- Credit card reconciliations
- Ad hoc duties as required

**Your Background**

This Billings & Finance Officer role is suited to someone who is looking for part-time work (3 or 4 days). To be considered, you should have the following skills and attributes:

- Experience in Legal or Professional services ideally
- Prior experience performing Billings (and/or) Accounts Receivable tasks
- Great interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Full Australian working rights
