Our client has been fostering and empowering local & international talent for well over 20 years. They have an excellent reputation in the market and a strong client base.

It’s a fun, fast-paced ‘no two days the same’ kind of environment.

They need this person to work onsite to cross-collaborate with the team and multiple agencies. However, you can work the hours in a relatively flexible fashion.

**The Role**

This role supports the Accountant and Financial Controller with:

- Generating client invoices for talent
- Receipting, allocation and reconciliation of payments to customer’s accounts
- Solve problems regarding incorrect payments
- Reconciliation of debtors ledger
- Resolving customer queries and issues
- Support the month-end process

**Your Background**

Our client is pretty flexible on backgrounds. The essential criteria are:

- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- **Some basic accounting experience/understanding i.e. receivables/AR and reconciliation**

You will be happy to work in the offices on the days you are working and can work at least 20 hours a week. A ‘can-do’ attitude and someone who is positive and solutions-focused is ideal
