This role is required on campus Monday to Friday; 7:00am to 3:00pm

About the Role & Key Responsibilities

**must**:
The Maintenance Officer is a crucial member of the maintenance team and will

work with other team members to ensure the internal and external maintenance

tasks are completed to ensure the College operates at the optimum level.

**General Requirements**
- Work with the maintenance team as required to ensure that all repairs,

installations, and event setups are completed promptly.
- Plan, prioritise, and implement maintenance work across the college
- Perform general building, property, grounds maintenance, and repairs.
- Respond promptly and effectively to unexpected events which negatively
- affect the normal operations of grounds and maintenance function- Assist in preparation for major events on campus
- Attend and participate in staff meetings/activities.
- Any relevant task as directed by the Business Manager.

- A current drivers licence

- Demonstrated experience relevant to the position's specific duties,

specifically across a wide range of grounds and building maintenance

services in general.
- A team player, willing to work amongst the Maintenance Team to meet

requirements and deadlines
- Flexible and adaptable and able to work within a changing environment
- Demonstrated experience as a Groundskeeper or Outdoor Maintenance is

essential.
