**About the role**:

- Part-time position working a fortnightly roster of 45 hours (5 days a fortnight).
- Week One: Monday, Thursday and Friday 8-4pm.
- Week Two: Monday and Thursday 8-4pm.
- You will attend to various maintenance requests to create a safe and pleasant environment for residents, visitors, staff and others
- Liaise directly with your manager to ensure projects undertaken are safe, aesthetically compatible and timely
- Oversee maintenance work undertaken by Contractors within the community
- Service gardens & grounds to ensure they are appealing to all residents & visitors

**Ideally, you'll have**:

- Experience in General Maintenance and Handyman skills (highly desired)
- Experience in Gardening duties (highly desired)
- Current Police Check certificate (required, but we can complete for you)
- Valid driver's licence (required)
- Ability to work unsupervised and manage multiple stakeholders and requests
- Previous industry and similar role experience (highly regarded)
- Relevant trade qualifications (highly regarded)
