**_ Where do you want to go?_**:
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join the Seeds & Traits Marketing team at Bayer CropScience. Working from our Hawthorn East office, you will be responsible for driving demand and supporting the licensing, sales & marketing programs of Bayer’s Seeds and Traits portfolio. You will manage the development and execution of trait licensing and stewardship program needs, ensuring all necessary seasonal obligations are met for our partners and customers.

This role will provide you with the opportunity to work across product portfolios and with numerous customer groups. You will own the development, implementation and improvement of key programs and have the ability to manage your own workload. Reporting to the Marketing Lead: Seeds & Traits, you will work closely with the wider marketing, sales and market development teams to ensure our programs and offers best meet our customer needs.
Direct responsibilities include:
- Working with the wider marketing team to translate commercial strategy (brand strategy and customer experience plan) into innovative, customer focused programs that help meet strategic needs.
- Developing, maintaining and executing processes to manage requirements of all customer programs, including producing reports and tracking KPIs.
- Identifying and implementing opportunities for process improvement and integration within existing systems, for both internal users and external customer experience
- Translating regulatory and commercial requirements into customer-centric materials and tactics to promote stewardship and compliance with relevant licences.
- Working with the Sales and Commercial teams on marketing material requirements and liaising with design agency partners to develop and produce materials
**_ Does this sound like you?_**:
- Previous hands-on marketing experience within a highly regulated B2B/B2C environment
- Marketing experience within the agricultural sector would be highly beneficial
- Proficient skills using Salesforce CRM, in order to input, process and report on key metrics
- Strong IT skills, with intermediate to expert level of Excel knowledge
- Ability to take complex data and interpret it to provide insights and metrics to internal stakeholders to drive business decisions
- Strong ability to influence others, without having direct reporting relationships to drive and deliver work activities through cross-functional teams
- Be results orientated and have the passion and ability to manage multiple projects/priorities simultaneously
