The Manager Communications and Engagement helps lead the strategic planning, prioritisation and oversight of integrated communications; with organisation wide outcomes to prevent the exploitation of labour hire workers and improve the transparency and integrity of the labour hire industry.

The Victorian Government established the Labour Hire Licensing Authority (LHA) to introduce a licensing system to regulate the provision of labour hire services across Victoria. The LHA undertakes a range of licensing, compliance and enforcement activities, maintains public registers and conducts research and education in accordance with the _Labour Hire Licensing Act 2018 _(Vic) (Act).

**About the role**

The Communications, Education and Engagement Branch helps promote compliance with the _Labour Hire Licensing Act 2018_ (Vic) and regulations by engaging with labour hire providers, hosts, workers and other stakeholders, and publishing information about the duties, rights and obligations of labour hire providers, hosts and workers.

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Manager Communications and Engagement helps lead strategic planning, prioritisation and oversight of integrated communications with organisation wide outcomes to prevent the exploitation of labour hire workers and improve the transparency and integrity of the labour hire industry.

This role has a flexible work location with an option of Melbourne CBD or Bendigo.
