We are seeking a highly skilled professional to oversee our Licensing Solutions program across all states and territories. The successful candidate will coordinate product development, promotion, and delivery of HIA's digital tools and resources.

The ideal applicant will have excellent communication skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. A strong understanding of the residential building industry licensing schemes is desirable but not essential.

About the Role

The Manager - Licensing Solutions plays a key part in driving our business forward by delivering a well-coordinated approach to supporting individuals gain a building license. Key responsibilities include:

  • Liaising with HIA's Workplace and Building Services teams to develop online tools and resources
  • Liaising with HIA's Training and Events teams to promote learning products
  • Maintaining HIA's CPD Diary to enable users to track their training and development
  • Working closely with HIA's Marketing team to manage lead generation and nurturing
