As a Training Administrator, you will be responsible for assisting the organisational training team across the full scope of administrative activities for training events, courses and initiatives.

You will also:

- Assist client stakeholders to the Organisational Training Team and work closely with Training Coordinators and Trainers through the support of administrative activities for training events and courses.
- Assist client stakeholders and organisational training teams with enrolment procedures, notifications and training completion records to ensure a seamless end-to-end client/learner experience.
- Gathering additional / missing contractor data, records, and evidence documents.
- Input competency and training data into the digital learning management system (LMS) as directed.

**The community you will join**:
Reporting directly to the Team Lead Training Coordination, the Training Administrator will provide assistance across the Organisational Training Team, specifically Training Coordinators and Trainers here at our Powerlink head office in Brisbane, Virginia.

**Your expertise**:

- Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent previous experience.

We’d also love you to have:

- Demonstrated accurate and efficient data entry.
- Ability to learn and work across multiple IT systems.
- Demonstrate intermediate Microsoft Excel capability.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills and teamwork.
- Self-starter that can also work autonomously.
