**The Company**
Our client is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) with highly experienced business improvement trainers and consultants. The company provides workshops in consultancy, training, and coaching for medium to large businesses in Australia and New Zealand
**The Role**
As a RTO Manager/Operations & Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for identifying improvement activities and systems within the RTO to increase efficiency and compliance, whilst positively promoting the organisation.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Monitor and maintain RTO compliance across all training program
- Provide support to facilitators of accredited training
- Develop and maintain relationships with key contract management personnel
- Conduct internal audits to ensure services are delivered in accordance with National standards, funding and client contractual obligations and the RTO’s quality framework.
- Coordinating compliance and delivery of _e_Learning training to external clients
- Maintaining the RTO Scope of Registration in line with organisational & industry requirements.
- Manage the required reporting for ASQA
- Previous compliance experience and high-level operational knowledge of regulatory and funding bodies
- Current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, and extensive training background with relevant tertiary qualifications
- Demonstrated high level of verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detail and good customer service skills
- Able to work autonomously as well as part of a team
- Proactive and able to use own initiative
- Lead, support and manage internal and external audits
