**About the position**:
Due to an internal transfer, we now have a fantastic opportunity to expand our team of Field Reps The purpose of this role is to partner with apprentices, trainees and host employers to build valuable employees and help young people build careers.

With autonomy over your diary, your time will be spent being on the road visiting clients, apprentices and trainees in their workplaces combined with time in the office managing admin to keep it all glued together.

**Job tasks and responsibilities**:

- Mentor** **apprentices and trainees to become skilled, valuable employees.
- Performance coaching.
- Provide HR/IR advice employee terminations in accordance with policy and legislation.
- Liaise with TAFE/RTOs to monitor learner progress and the quality of training being delivered.
- Promote** **the company and the VET system to school, parent and employer communities.

**Do you have?**
- 2+ yrs experience in any of the VET sector, an RTO or recruitment/human resources role.
- Experience in a mentor, supervisory or coaching role.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- IT and written skills, including the ability to use Microsoft Suite and a range of databases
- Understanding of human resources and industrial relations.
- Satisfy Working With Children and Police checks.
- Current NSW Driver's Licence with clean driving record.
