**About Us**

Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, your main duty will be to support the national sales and contracts functions in sales support, promoting the features and benefits of the product range, customer service and administration. Types of questions will vary from product query’s, quotations, invoicing to delivery dates.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Comply with the day-to-day branch operational systems to a high level of accuracy
- Deal with customers, internal and external staff on a variety of levels
- Monitor customer activity to ensure maximum usage of products
- Build rapport and resolve customer queries in a constructive manner
- Educate the customer on products, delivery dates and offer sales support
- Understand the customer's needs to capitalise on all sale opportunities

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Multi-task and can work independently or in a team environment
- Enjoy working in a small team and happy to share your product knowledge
- Proactively develop customer relationships over the phone
- A background in the automotive, hire or building and construction industry
- Proficient in all aspects of administration with a keen eye for accuracy

This is an opportunity for the person with a trade, service, sales, or administrative background who has computer knowledge and enjoys dealing with customers.
