**The Role**
The TSD Customer and Financial Modelling team supports the Technology and Services Division (TSD) in achieving its role as a supplier of corporate services to its customers. The team has two key functions this position will work across:
- TSD Customer Management - the team is responsible for managing Memoranda of Understanding and Letters of Agreement with TSD’s customer agencies, and the department’s Catalogue of corporate/ICT services. The team has a strong stakeholder management / service delivery focus and is the central point of contact for agencies to escalate corporate services issues, as well as performing a range of communication functions.
- Financial Modelling - the team is responsible for managing the TSD Cost and Charge Models. This includes completing monthly processes to maintain the cost model and complete timely and accurate cost recovery from customer agencies.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
The responsibilities of the Customer Management and Financial Officer may include:
- TSD Customer Management
- Resolving issues escalated by customer agencies through various channels by liaising with internal service teams to achieve outcomes.
- Performing secretariat functions for regular customer agency meetings, including minute-taking and action item follow-up.
- Management of a group mailbox, team calendar and SharePoint sites.
- Financial Modelling
- Completing monthly collection, review and upload of key data into our IT costing toolset.
- Data analysis to identify changing trends or discrepancies.
- Liaising with internal service teams, to obtain advice and provide information.
