**Position Overview**:We are seeking a highly organised, caring, and efficient Admin Assistant/Personal Assistant to join our team. This person will play a crucial role in managing the team's calendar, assisting with administrative tasks, and streamlining work processes to enhance overall efficiency within the business. You will work closely with and report directly to the Managing Director.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Team Calendar Management**: Maintain and update the team calendar to ensure smooth coordination and scheduling of meetings, appointments, and deadlines.
- **Streamlining Efficiency**: Identify areas for improvement within business processes and implement solutions to enhance workflow and efficiency.
- **Helping Hand**: Assist with other ad-hoc duties and projects as required by the Managing Director and other team members.
- **Client Interaction**: Greet and assist clients with a professional and warm demeanour, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Organisation**: Exceptional organisational skills with an ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
- **Communication**: Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of interacting with diverse stakeholders.
- **Attention to Detail**: Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all tasks.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and familiarity with calendar management tools and Apple environment is best.
- **Proactive**: Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
- **Caring Attitude**: A caring, helpful nature with a genuine desire to support and assist colleagues and clients.
**Experience**:

- Previous experience in an administrative or personal assistant role is essential.
- Experience in a fast-paced, professional environment. We are predominantly a Event / media business so things are changing fast.
