**Parent Service & Sales Representative**

**Speakers’ Corner** is one of NSW’s leading debating and public speaking academies. We empower young people to think critically, communicate confidently, and collaborate effectively. Our coaching programs run in partnership with schools and communities across the state, delivering high-quality educational experiences that build lifelong skills.

**Role Summary**

The **Parent Service & Sales Representative** is a frontline, parent-facing role responsible for nurturing strong relationships with our English-speaking families. You’ll guide prospective parents through our offerings, onboard new students, and ensure that communication remains clear, warm, and responsive throughout their journey with us.

In this hybrid administrative and sales role, you’ll collaborate with team members across Admin, Finance, and Operations to support the delivery of smooth, high-quality programs.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Sales & Onboarding**
- Manage inbound inquiries from English-speaking families
- Conduct sales calls and consultations
- Onboard new students and ensure a seamless enrolment experience

**Customer Support**
- Serve as the first point of contact for parent questions, concerns, and feedback
- Escalate complex or sensitive issues to Admin Managers or the General Manager as appropriate

**Communication & Administration**
- Track student attendance and assist with roll management in coordination with the Admin team

**Program Support & Digital Tools**
- Support operational set-up tasks, such as Zoom session logistics, Discord channel creation, and calendar updates
- Help manage term-based reminders and parent notifications

**Fee Follow-Up**
- Coordinate with the Finance Administrator and Admin Assistant to follow up on unpaid invoices or payment issues

**Essential Requirements**
- Fluent, professional English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Friendly, clear, and proactive communication style
- Ability to work independently and collaborate within a remote team environment
- Comfort using digital tools such as Zoom, Google Workspace, and messaging apps

**Preferred (Bonus) Skills**
- Experience managing Western social media platforms (e.g. Instagram, Facebook)
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot
- Basic graphic design capabilities (e.g. Canva) for supporting marketing and comms
- Previous experience in customer service, education, admin, or operations role

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Milsons Point NSW 2061
