ECG Engineering is a specialised electrical engineering consultancy providing services to the Mining, Utilities, Materials Handling and Industrial sectors. With head office in Welshpool and offices in Brisbane, Manila and Toronto we provide engineering services throughout Australia and across the world.

We are currently looking for a multi-skilled and professional Receptionist / Travel Coordinator for our Welshpool office. This role will wear several hats with the emphasis being on coordination of company travel requirements and attending to the reception needs of the office. Key tasks will include:

- Organising travel bookings, visa and mobilisation requirements for projects
- Managing the reception function
- Managing office support services including meeting rooms, stationery, kitchen requirements and the like
- Supporting the Accountant/Administration Manager with accounts reconciliations and data entry

Must have experience for this role includes sound experience with coordinating business travel bookings, supported by well-rounded office administration experience and exposure to Accounting processes. A self-starter who is well organized and takes ownership of their role will be well suited to this position.
