**Responsibilities**:
**The Role**

This position is part time (0.6FTE) and is a 12 month contract role based in the Perth CBD.

Key responsibilities include (but aren’t limited to):

- Monitor contractor performance, promote safe and compliant operations and report non-compliances
- Report on travellers’ compliance to the Aviation & Travel Standards and Guidelines
- Support the development of Aviation & Travel Procedures and Guidelines
- Provide Training to stakeholders in the use of Woodside Aviation Systems
- Provide accurate cost allocation and contract payment data
- Manage Drilling and Subsea Travel Inboxes ensuring timely response back to business.

Qualifications:
**Skills & Experience**

To be successful in this role, you will be a strong communicator, be extremely organised and be able to work with mínimal supervision.
- Previous experience in a similar role (Woodside travel booking system and process - advantageous)
- Basic understanding of accounting and invoice processes.
- Understanding of relevant Travel systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite - intermediate to advanced
- Proficient in Vantage POB, Woodchip (integrated Helicopter and fixed wing booking system), JIRA and Kabal
