We're currently seeking a **Traveling Receptionist** to represent our brand and ensure seamless front-desk experiences at our sites.

**Job Summary**:
As a Traveling Receptionist, you will serve as the welcoming face at various clinics, ensuring that every client and staff member is greeted with professionalism and warmth. You'll travel to different locations on an as-needed basis, stepping in to support short-term needs, events, or coverage gaps.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide front desk support, including welcoming clients, answering phones, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
- Travel to various clinic locations as assigned (all travel arrangements covered).
- Assist with office coordination, meeting prep, and vendor communication.
- Ensure clinic spaces are organised, stocked, and client-ready.
- Maintain confidentiality and represent the company with professionalism at all times.

**Qualifications**:

- 1-3 years of reception or administrative experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with frequent travel and flexible schedules.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Tech-savvy with knowledge of Google Suite and scheduling tools.

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Full Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: On the road

Expected Start Date: 05/05/2025
