- Weekly Pay - $35/HR

Unite Resourcing is seeking an experienced Receptionist to work with our well-renowned client at their office based in Hazelmere, Western Australia.

An understanding of Infrastructure, Civil & Mining will be advantageous, but not essential.

**Scope of work**:

- Maintaining reception and phone management
- General administration and data entry, including maintenance of records and databases
- Purchase orders, invoice reconciliation, and coordination of office equipment
- Coordination of events, catering, and travel
- Ensuring all main facilities are well stocked and maintained
- Assistance with employee onboarding and engagement initiatives

To be successful in the role, you should be able to demonstrate the following
**skills & attributes**.
- Exceptional customer service
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong administration skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Outstanding collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Superb organisation, attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, and the ability to prioritise

The role will also require
**previous experience **in the following:

- Previous experience conducting reception duties
- Weekly pay
- 3-6 months of work
- Immediate Start
- A dedicated consultant to facilitate the end-to-end recruitment process
