Our client based in Perth’s CBD is seeking an experienced Human Resource Consultant.
**Your new company**
Our state government client based in Perth’s CBD is currently seeking an experienced Human Resource Consultant to fill their 3 to 6-month temporary vacancy. This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR professional who is passionate about project-based work and change management.
**Your new role**
Your responsibilities will include:
- Working on change management within a large-scale project- Provide HR consultancy to managers and staff on a variety of HR matters- Coordinate the redeployment and redundancy process to meet legislative requirements- Undertake complex award interpretation- Coordinate organisational development projects
**What you'll need to succeed**
Your previous experience in a similar role will be essential, as will:
- Change management, industrial relations, and redeployment case management experience- Considerable knowledge of human resources and workforce management functions- Understanding of relevant policies, legislation, and awards- Highly demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills
