ž Assigning work, monitoring staff performance and conducting regular evaluations to maintain high service standards;
ž Maintaining office supplies and equipment;
ž Coordinating various operational activities within the office;
ž Managing records and accounts of the office, overseeing the budget and expenses related to office operations;
ž Developing and implementing organizational policies, guidelines, and procedures;
ž Ensuring the office operates in compliance with company policies and workplace safety standards;
Liaising with other departments and external stakeholders;
**Qualifications & experience**

ž Diploma or higher qualification in Business or related field

ž Minimum 5 years of experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role

ž Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

ž Excellent verbal and written communication skills

ž Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

ž Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
