Prime Edge Caravans is a leading Australian-owned caravan manufacturer dedicated to building luxury, high-end caravans. As we expand, we are looking for an experienced **Warranty Officer** to join our friendly team in Epping. This role is critical to ensuring our customers continue to trust in the quality and longevity of every Prime Edge Caravan.

**Your day-to-day will involve**:

- Managing the full life cycle of warranty claims from dealers, customers and service teams.
- Assessing claims to ensure compliance with company policy and Australian Consumer Law.
- Using our internal systems to accurately log, track and process all warranty cases.
- Liaising with production, service and sales teams to investigate faults and streamline resolutions.
- Communicating claim outcomes with professionalism and clarity.
- Identifying recurring product issues and working closely with the team to improve product performance.
- Maintaining accurate documentation and producing detailed reports on trends and outcomes.
- Handling general administration and reception duties as required

**What you'll need to succeed**:

- At least 3 years of experience in a warranty, customer service and claims role - ideally within the automotive, manufacturing or caravan industry.
- A clear understanding of Australian Consumer Law relating to warranties and repairs.
- Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
- A proactive and solution-focused mindset.
