Prime Edge Caravans is a leading Australian-owned caravan manufacturer dedicated to building luxury, high-end caravans. As we expand, we are looking for an experienced Warranty Officer to join our friendly team in Epping. This role is critical to ensuring our customers continue to trust in the quality and longevity of every Prime Edge Caravan.

Your day-to-day will involve:

• Managing the full life cycle of warranty claims from dealers, customers and service teams.
• Assessing claims to ensure compliance with company policy and Australian Consumer Law.
• Using our internal systems to accurately log, track and process all warranty cases.
• Liaising with production, service and sales teams to investigate faults and streamline resolutions.
• Communicating claim outcomes with professionalism and clarity.
• Identifying recurring product issues and working closely with the team to improve product performance.
• Maintaining accurate documentation and producing detailed reports on trends and outcomes.
• Handling general administration and reception duties as required

What you'll need to succeed:

• At least 3 years of experience in a warranty, customer service and claims role - ideally within the automotive, manufacturing or caravan industry.
• A clear understanding of Australian Consumer Law relating to warranties and repairs.
• Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy and time management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• A proactive and solution-focused mindset.
