Melbourne, Australia Up Full time

**Who are we**:
On paper, we're a bank. In practice, we're a tech company driven by visionary thinkers on a mission to reinvent banking. Over a decade ago, we began refining our expertise by reimagining mobile banking for the Bendigo Bank brand. In 2018, in collaboration with Bendigo and Adelaide Bank, we launched Up — an entirely digital banking experience designed to make financial wellbeing engaging and accessible. Ferocia was acquired by Bendigo Bank in 2021. Bendigo Bank's purpose is to feed into the prosperity of our community, not off it. We couldn't have found a more perfect home.
**We are smack bang in the middle of rolling out our new Applicant Tracking System and you can expect to have a healthy level of involvement in this project as we all get to know this new tool together.

And finally, this role also acts as a back up to our Office Manager for when she goes on leave throughout the year, with the main tasks centred around kitchen/fridge stocking, dry cleaning coordination, liaising with building management, and acting as a set of eyes around our office to ensure it remains gorgeous. For this reason, you will need to be based in Melbourne and willing to work from our office when required. You’ll find us (your team) in the office most days, this is completely voluntary, but once you see our office, you’ll see why ;)

**What we need you to do**:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Create and post job advertisements on our website, various job boards and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and schedule interviews.
- Assist in the management of recruitment reports and metrics.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continually improve recruitment processes.

**What you bring**:

- 2+ years of experience in recruitment or HR coordination, with a focus on technology roles highly desirable but absolutely not a deal breaker
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- The right to work permanently in Australia on a full time basis
- Not quite ticking every box? Throw your hat in the ring anyway At Ferocia, we're all about shaking things up and rewriting the rules. We thrive on diversity and inclusion, and we wholeheartedly encourage you to step up and shine. Let us be the judge of your qualifications for this role - you might just surprise yourself_

**Interview process**:
Each stage of the process requires successful completion before proceeding to the next stage:

- Next up, you’ll be invited to come to our office on Collins St in Melbourne CBD to spend some time with our People Team. This one hour interview will be a deep dive into the role, your skills and experience and to touch on some behavioural based questions.
- To wrap up, there will be a final 30 minute, in person meet and greet with our People & Culture Lead.
- BOOM Offer

**Perks**:

- Everyone gets the standard four weeks annual leave, and the office also closes down for a couple of weeks over the Christmas break (think of it like a loooooooong weekend) in addition to those four weeks.
- We have a generous parental leave policy and are extremely friendly to flexible working arrangements.
- Employee Assistance Program
- Budget for personal development, conferences, training etc
- Annual salary reviews and biannual promotion cycles.
- Incredible CBD office with a huge rooftop, gym, personal trainer, playstation, pinball machines, table tennis matches, well stocked fridges, snacks galore and endless cafes nearby. Need I say more?
