Demonstrated ability to:
- Excel both independently and as part of a team- Quickly grasp new concepts and adapt in a fast-paced environment- Stay organised and perform well under pressure and tight deadlines- Bring enthusiasm, initiative, and experience in recruitment coordination- Maintain a strong eye for detail and accuracy- Possess solid knowledge of sourcing channels and job posting platforms-
- Efficiently manage time and resources in a dynamic, high-volume setting

How will you support our “Why?”

With support from the team, you'll be responsible for:
- Write and post engaging job adverts on various recruitment platforms, including internal channels- Coordinate the interview process using Workday and other tech systems- Manage the pre-employment verification process, including VEVO checks, police checks, and reference checks as needed-
- Support the onboarding of new team members via Workday, including following up with new starters to ensure they complete their onboarding or helping them through the process- Monitor and update job postings on job boards and social media platforms Ready to join?
