We are seeking a **Recruitment Coordinator **to join our Transport & Infrastructure team based in **Melbourne CBD, Collins Street **. This entry-level position offers an exciting opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced environment while providing accurate and timely administrative support for our field staff recruitment team across Australia and New Zealand.

In this role, you'll be responsible for coordinating interviews, managing pre-employment checks, advertising vacancies, pre-screening applicants, continuous improvement projects and much more.

**About You**:

- An optimistic, can-do attitude
- Prior recruitment administration experience is advantageous however not essential
- Demonstrated experience in customer service and administrative coordination
- Impeccable attention to detail, coupled with strong prioritisation and organisational skills
- The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with people from all walks of life
- Proficient communication skills, both written and verbal, ensuring accuracy and professionalism
- A curious & tech-savvy nature with the ability to confidently operate the MS Office suite and pick up new processes & systems quickly
